Rogers is a city in the Benton County of Arkansas, US. It is located northwest to the Metropolitan Area. This is among the fastest growing areas in the US. The city was named Rogers after Captain Charles Rogers. He was the general manager and vice-president of the San Francisco railway. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city covers 87 square kilometers.

The city of Rogers is home to 55,964 people. The population density is 643.3 people per square kilometer. The racial makeup is 62% White, 1.3% Black and the rest from other races. The average family size is 3.21. The average family income is $45,876. 12.8% of the population in Rogers lives below the poverty line.

The mayor of Rogers is Greg Hines. A number of public and private schools serve the city. These include the Rogers School District and the Arkansas Arts Academy High School.

Rogers is home to the first Wal-Mart store. Its headquarters are also in the neighboring city Bentonville. The headquarters of Air Rifle Museums, under the name Daisy Outdoor Products, is also located here. According to Business Week, it ranks among the best affordable suburbs in the US.

Rogers is also home to many old and historical buildings. The oldest one is the Pea Ridge National Military Park. There are many parks as well for tourists and the local people to relax.
